Returns & Exchanges

Any brand new product can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, but we need to make sure that the product is in original condition with the product tag and original packaging.

Please note: Returns / Exchanges are NOT accepted for sales item. Shipping is at the expense of the customer on all exchanges.

The return process is simple and we offer full store credit to the value of the item(s). We are sorry that we do not offer cash refunds. ONLY store credit which never expires & can be used for anything.

This is how it works:

  • First, make a small note with your name, order number and reason for returning.
  • Send (with your local carrier) the item(s)  + the note in the original packaging to our return address:

  • As soon as we receive your return, we will make sure to handle your request.

We do not accept returned item that are worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way!

Due to hygiene and increased risk of infection customers cannot return or exchange

  • Swimwear and intimate apparel including (bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear).
  • Jewellery, and accessories (except scarves, and bags).
  • Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them.

PLEASE NOTE: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are non refundable! Initial delivery charges are non-refundable.

Gift Cards

All our gift cards last for a duration of two years from the date of purchase, and can be used in multiple transactions until the credit runs out.

Gift cards are not returnable or refundable.

NOTE: This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged products or your cancellation rights.

Tracking your return

We strongly advise customers to use a secure trackable method of postage, (i.e. recorded or special delivery) this way you will always be able to track your items, should any delivery issues occur.

Please ensure you keep hold of your proof of postage until our warehouse is in receipt of your item and this has been confirmed.

NOTE: All items and its condition remain your responsibility; it is the customers responsible for postage costs.

Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

We will send you an email once your item has been received, your refund will then be processed.

If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery charges are non-refundable; Refunds will be credited via the original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You can post your item back and get an alternative size for free. Simple get in touch with our customer cervices team at hello@hrdkandy.com.

NOTE: We can only exchange items for the same style in a different size. This service is not applicable on sale items.

Shipping & Postage

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items.

You are liable for any postage or shipping costs; fees will be deducted from refunds when and where applicable.

Please take into consideration that the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary depending on where you live.

NOTE: All items or packages over £75, should be returned to use via trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance!

We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item; therefore we strongly advise you to use a safe, trackable service.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted, please allow up-to 28 days turnaround time.

If you do not receive a refund!

  • Check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company or your bank.

Customs Fees

Our suppliers are based in the UK, Europe and Overseas; occasionally shipments outside of the UK may incur customs fees or tax, depending on the destination country, which is out of our control!
